General Information
The car is equipped with standard safety features and has Apple Car Play/Android Car Play as well as Bluetooth connectivity. This car also comes with a regular USB connection. Whether you are here for business or pleasure, we provide 5 star service to all of our customers. The car will be given to you clean and with a full tank of gas. Please ensure the car is brought back in the same condition and fuel level as it was given to you. An additional fee will apply if the car is returned with less gas. A Sunpass (Transponder) is also fitted to the car for your convenience and the tolls will be charged 7 days after your trip. One of our team are able to meet you at MCO/ Orlando International Airport to deliver the car and complete documents.

GUIDELINES
To give you the best experience possible, pets are not allowed. Smoking of any kind is not allowed 🚭. There may be extra charges for cleaning or damage if you violate these restrictions.
You will receive the vehicle washed and vacuumed. Guest needs to return it in similar condition or a cleaning fee will apply.

Car will be given to you with a full tank of gas. Please, return the vehicle in the same condition and gas level you received it in. Extra charges will apply if we receive the vehicle back with less gas. Thank you for your understanding!

Pick up and return instructions
Pickup and drop-off can be arranged to take place either at Orlando International Airport (MCO), or at our vacation rental condo at Ventura Country Club. If more convenient, we can arrange to meet you within a radius of 25 miles of MCO.
If you are able to pick up from our condo, we’ll provide you with directions and a code for our electronic key box.
Please be advised this car has some minor knocks, dents, paint imperfections and scratches associated with its age. The inside is very clean and overall, considering its economy price you should be very happy with your choice.

Rental Conditions
- 1. Contract and AnnexesIn addition to the car rental contract to be signed at the time of delivery, a credit card is required from our individual customers. We request our commercial customers to submit their company documents (tax plate, signature slip, ID photocopy).
- 2. Driving License and AgeThe tenant must be 25 years of age and have a 5-year local or valid international driver's license for group A, B, C, D vehicles at the time of the rental agreement.
- 3. PricesPrices include maintenance and insurance guarantee against third parties (within legal policy limits). 18% VAT (value added tax) is not included. Fuel belongs to the renter. Chauffeur driven service and translator guide are available upon request.
- 4. PaymentsThe total rental fee is collected at the time of rental. The shortest rental period is 72 hours, and in case of delay, 1/3 of the fee is charged for each additional hour. Delays exceeding 3 hours in total are calculated as a full day. A deposit is required from a valid credit card.
- 5. DeliveryDelivery is free of charge where our Rent a car company is located. Delivery in these cities is possible with prior notice; hotel, workplace, station, port etc. It can be done in places. For vehicle deliveries and returns in cities where our office is not located, a delivery fee of 0.2 Euro/km is applied, starting from the rented location.
- 6. Traffic FinesTraffic fines toll and illegal toll fees belong to the customer. If the vehicles are detained by traffic, this period is included in the rental period. In necessary cases, we may change these conditions and information and the vehicle type specified in the reservation without prior notice. Our vehicles cannot be taken abroad.
